A 4 week pilgrim pod includes 3 facilitated sessions, 2 quad pod peer integration sessions, recordings and a shared whats app group. The next pilgrim pod can begin in early Ocotber. There are 4 places open and to register your interest to join.

The rhythm is over 5 weeks starting with a facilitated pod every other week with 2 quad pod integration sessions between.
