Having been witnessing, self aware and reflective her whole life, she experienced a series of powerful awakenings in 2012 that changed her life. Sometimes called abiding awakening, she experienced opening to the infinite eternal reality, the unity of All - meeting God and an all encompassing Love that it felt swallowed her.

This was followed by years of integration and refinement through the living of life. Learning what it is to embody love, opening to the fine mechanics of consciousness and courageously living as the frequency of Reality - a world of coherence and beauty that offers a promise of what is possible in a human life.

She is profoundly interested in the evolution of human consciousness in direct experience and taking this revelation to its furthest reach in this life.

She offers a transmission of silent presence and a deep lived experience that bring forward wisdom from the source. It seems like she has all the answers but it is not learned, it arises in the moment to meet you. She is like a compass pointed to Presence and transmits a powerful signal of pure devotion to Truth.

While she has moved through various lineages and teachings in her early journey, after awakening she has distilled the tributaries that carried her into a lived embodied reality. She gathers with a small sangha both online and in person regularly. She works mainly in groups but also offers mentorship to a small number of companions that would benefit from focused, precise attention.

She lives in the beautiful, wild nature of BC, Canada (originally from London, UK) and is also an abstract painter which she calls ‘transmission in paint’.
